External Sales Representative
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the field (industrial site visits, networking activities, participation in events).
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze client needs related to inspections, compliance, and structural solutions.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals.
- Actively contribute to achieving established sales targets.
- Ensure thorough follow-up of activities and opportunities within the CRM.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (French required; English considered an asset due to clients outside Quebec).
- Comfortable using social media for prospecting purposes.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (frequent travel throughout Quebec).
- Proficient with digital tools (Outlook, Excel, ERP, CRM).
- Autonomous, dynamic, and driven by results.
- Strong team player.
- Knowledge of structural systems, construction, or warehousing (an asset).
- Knowledge of health and safety standards (an asset).

Civil Engineer
Your Responsibilities

Ensure Input Compliance: Rigorously examine and validate the information and data provided by project managers and clients.

Conduct On-Site Assessments: Perform detailed inspections and precise measurements of storage structures and industrial facilities.

Modeling and Sizing: Execute the necessary engineering analyses for the dimensioning of concrete slabs, support elements (pilasters), and composite frames (steel/concrete).

Structural Performance Evaluation: Utilize specialized tools for the analysis of static loads and resistance to dynamic (seismic) stresses.

Develop Graphic Documentation: Prepare and finalize all required technical drawings and specifications for the projects.

Formalize Official Deliverables: Draft and sign certificates of conformity and official engineering technical reports.

Technical Point of Contact: Manage and coordinate directly with the clientele all inquiries related to structural studies and calculations.

Support and Expertise: Act as a technical reference throughout the duration of the various ongoing mandates.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering as a professional engineer.

Must hold the title of Engineer (Ingénieur) with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).

Solid competency in concrete and steel structures.

Knowledge of BricsCAD (Autocad), Solidworks, and ADA software.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.

Critical thinking and ability to solve technical problems.

Autonomy and sense of initiative.

Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.

Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Fluency in French (5/5).

Proficiency in English is an asset (due to clients outside Quebec).

Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
